HbFASA2 Lyophilized Controls
Hemoglobin Variant Testing and Elution Time Calibration
This control can be used to control setpoints in monitoring for Hb variant testing. The control can be used on all current methodologies such as ion-exchange HPLC, isoelectric focusing (IEF) and gel and capillary electrophoresis.
The control kitset comprises 4 vials of lyophilized control (0.5ml) and a vial of reconstitution fluid.
The lyophilized product is stable for 30 months when stored unopened at 2-8°C.
When reconstituted the control is stable for 12 weeks when kept at 2-8°C.
